Rum Balls

 Ingredients
2 C finely siftted crumbs of sponge cake or graham crackers or vanilla wafers
Add:
2 T cocoa
1 C. powdered sugar
1/8 t. salt
1 C. finely chopped nut meats
Combine:
1 1/2 T. honey
1/4 C. rum or brandy
 
 
 Instructions
Add the liquid stiring slowly to the crumb mixture. Use your hands to tell when the "feel" is right. Roll into 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar. Let ripen at least 12 hours.
