Mix 1 box of chopped spinach with 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, 1 box cream cheese, and a little milk. Then you can either add slightly sautéed onions, jalapenos and red peppers OR you can just add grape tomatoes and green onions. I’m sure there are plenty of variations. These are the two I’ve tried. Cook about 20 minutes at 350 or just nuke it. Very easy
