-combine sugar and cinnamon
-melt butter in a microwave bowl in the microwave
-place each crescent roll out flat on the counter
-dip each marshmallow half in the butter and then in cinnamon-sugar mixture
-place each one on top of each crescent roll
-pinch edges of roll together around cinnamon marshmallow to seal it inside
-dip sealed edges in remaining butter and place seam side down in 12 muffin cups
-bake 10-15 min at 375F
-while baking, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together for icing
-drizzle icing over warm rolls after removing from muffin tin
