Overnight Egg Casserole

 Ingredients
7 slices bread
1 lb sausage
2 c cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 c milk
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dry mustard
 
 
 Instructions
-cook and drain sausage
-tear the bread into cubes
-beat the eggs in a large bowl. add the milk, salt, dry mustard, cheese, bread cubes, and cooked sausage and stir well
-pour into greased 9x13 pan
-cover and refrigerate overnight
-bake uncovered at 350F for 45 minutes or until set
