Shrimp Cabonara -Emms Fav

 Ingredients
1 1/2 C. diced bacon
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 lb shrimp
2/3 C. cream
2. C. romano ( slightly less)
1/4 C. butter
4 eggs
parsley
 
 
 Instructions
Melt butter, saute bacon and garlic til done. I pour off the vast majority of fat before adding raw shrimp. Cook til shrimp is done (3-4 min). You have been cooking pasta to al dente during this time. Whisk cream and eggs together. Add cooked pasta, cream, and romano to skillet. Toss until thickened. Garnish with parsley
