Blend all cake ingredients and pour into greased bundt pan- can put 1/4 cup nut pieces into pan before pouring the cake batter. Bake at 350 for about 45 min. Cool ten minutes, and then turn out onto serving plate. Drizzle with glaze and let set for several hours before serving.
To make glaze, bring sugar, butter and water to a boil over med. heat. Remove from heat, add rum, and return to heat until bubbly. Make holes in top of cake and drizzle over.
