1. combine sugar and cinnamon
2. melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave
3. place each crescent roll flat out on the counter
4. dip each marshmallow half in butter and then in cinnamon-sugar mixture. place each one on top of each crescent roll
5. pinch edges of roll together around cinnamon marshmallow to seal marshmallow inside
6. dip sealed edges in remaining melted butter and place seam side down in 12 muffin cups
7. bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees
8. while baking, or day before, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together
9. drizzle icing over warm rolls after removing them from the muffin tin
